What with the irregularities with Electoral Commision of Zambi admitted yesterday to been present especially during the announcement of results.
Of course there are eleven parties contesting these Presidential elections but with apologies we can only focus on the two main ones though I will write a post on Edith Nawakwi and the others soon.
UPND and PF had an emergency meeting with Justice Mambilima yesterday and all efforts to establish concretely what was discussed have proved quite futile.
There are many speculations as to the authenticity of the results and each camp has posted what they deem to be proof of their victory.
All this has added to tension in the nation worsened by the fact that for many Pro UPND all this happened after all International Observer missions had made their announcements.
By all intents and purposes this was meant to be a rather easy election after all it is only Presidential and Zambia is an old democracy.
