Just got hijacked into attending a live stream of the South Africa Innovation Summit.
The summit is meant to discuss innovations in Africa since I am no expert and I was late I shall attempt tp dissect some points.
1. Are we helping our children be innovative from a young age .
2. Are we identifying talent from an early age
3. Leadership plays a major role in innovation
At tea break I had a semi debate with the gents about an assumption that men are more innovative than women.
Well all I had to say about that was that given equal opportunities, there is no difference in performance
